Well...it's certainly better than the ancient Revell 1/720 one.  But that's not saying much.  With a great deal of work, and some aftermarket parts, it probably could be made into a respectable model.

If you want to do a 1/700 Arizona, though, the kit to buy if at all possible is the one from Dragon.  It's one of the nicer kits available in that scale.  In addition to accurate shapes and very good detail, it comes with some interesting multi-media parts:  turned brass 14" gun barrels, cast metal main battery turrets, a sheet of photo-etched brass details, and aircraft and boats molded in clear styrene.  (Leave the canopies and boat windows clear, and paint everything else.)  It's really a fascinating, accurate, and fun kit.

Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.
