Yeah, but with those huge openings cut to see the interior, the Sunderland or Destroyer wouldn't have much work to do anyway Evil [}:)]

One small advantage to living here in Warsaw is that stuff like CMK or Eduard is cheaper.Less distance to travel and most polish modellers could not afford big mark-ups on kits and aftermarket.

Small correction. That's four interior sets (got them all), and I'm waiting for the forward battery (ward room/officer's quarters) and after torpedo room. But you're right on cost, $50 - $60 for model, $500 - $600 for after market.

I find I have only two wants, in life, now. One: that CMK comes out with interiors for the RoG Gato, and, two, that I live long enough to finish it, and the U-Boote.

I haven't seen it here or seen them reviewed on dedicated ship sites but CMK have brought out some new gear.

Having done the 3 excellent interior sets they have now turned their attention to the exterior.

Just by accident I picked up the new set in Warsaw yesterday. It includes 2 beautiful turned aluminium scopes, very thin and in scale. The best parts are the complete replacements for the conning tower gear that many people had berated for being the wrong shape/size etc..You also get a completely new deck gun and machine gun which both use only a little of the kit versions.also included are proper deck bollards and as a bonus 4 figures posed in the previous wet weather gear that CMK issued..

With all these extras Revell must be kicking themselves that they don't get a cutSmile [:)] Well if the real world manufacturers are trying it I wonder how long before Tamigawa/trump,etc start asking for a piece of the action for P/E,resin upgrades to their kits.....The basic kit is a bargain but all the add-ons must be 3 times what the kit costs..

I can't think what else may come for it so maybe now I can get started on it at lastSmile [:)]
