We have organized a group build of the Caldercraft Sherbourne over on
www.drydockmodels.com This group build is aimed at newcomers to wooden shipbuilding, and is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to try their hand at a wooden ship. We have over 20 people signed up so far, so you won't be trying to build this on your own. The vessel information can be seen

The kit lists for $125 before shipping. However, if you are going to do the group build, the kit will only cost $85, plus $10 shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Aeromarine Laminates is offering the kits at this greatly reduced price. I am collecting names of people who are interested in purchasing the kit. I will give Aeromarine the names on May 1st, then each person will call Aeromarine and pay for their kit. This offer is limited to those in the US. However, if you are outside the US and would like to participate in the group build, I would call John Wright at Jotika directly, and I am sure he will help you out.
