For the Blue Devil - Tom's Modelworks has just released a PE set for it. www.tomsmodelworks.com
HR Fittings does cast-metal guns and other parts - they're available through Floating Drydock or Loyalhanna Dockyard.

As for Oregon, chances are Loyalhanna Dockyard or Model Expo would have what you need. Gold Medal Models (www.goldmm.com) does a PE set specifically for this kit.
