                         Hey, Jeff !!! Now that our  Chinese friends have graced us with the 1/350th North Carolina and now the Hood , - can the North Dakota class  be far behind?  Please say it's not wishful thinking - I'm  pushing 72 and want to do all the WWII fast BB's  before I'm gone.

                        I believe you mean the South Dakota class.  Trumpeter has announced a USS Massachusetts and USS Alabama, both in 1/350th, to be released later this year.

                        You're right , I meant  South Dakota class - guess that came from spending most of my life in the north in upper Michigan ,or else just senility creeping in !  Thanks for the info you guys -as they say in the FSM reviews - I'll be eagerly awaiting their arrival !    Jack

                        USS Alabama you say Jeff? Not one I would wish for, but one I have some pictures of as I was stationed in Mobile for years and made it to Battleship park many a weekend. . .wonder if the AA gun shields will have the instruction stencils on them?
