Destroyer fans will be happy - Hasegawa has announced a new 1/350 IJN Yukikaze (Kagero Class DD) and Dragon was the real surprise with a 1/350 USS Buchanan (Gleaves Class). Both will be in 1942 configurations.

I grew up in the Grand Rapids area and now live in Tampa, Florida! Nice Site and I love Warships in the 1/350 Class.............I wonder does any Manufacture make a Kongo Class DDG in 1/350? I would like to build a Kongo and Burke Class Aegis Destroyer!

As far as I can tell, no one makes a 350 Kongo DDG, but Yankee Modelworks makes 2 resin Arleigh Burke Class DDGs. The good news is since Kongo is an Arleigh Burke derivitive, it shouldn't be too hard a conversion; bad news is it'll cost a pretty penny... almost $160.00 USD each.
