Have you heard of Alanger?

Has anyone heard of these folks? How I heard of them was when I ran a thread a while back on ICM kits and someone reffered them. I ordered some kits from them and and paid with Paypal and they still dropped the order. My question is how could a company that's a distributor for a product drop orders so easially, because when Paypal wrote back they stated that this has become a trend with this company except funds and lose the order. The main reason I went to them is they had a great deal on kits and with 7 day shipping starting at $6.00 and $.25 for each item added to the order I thought what a great deal, but after waiting for 3 weeks and no shipment and waiting 3 days per responce for each email I decided to cancel the order and get a full refund.
