If anyone wants some of this stuff I will send it out. I have the 100th anniversary Bluejacket catalog and a 2000 Dromedary catalog. Dromedary still offers pretty much the same merchandise shown but the prices will probably be a little higher. Based on what I've seen, parts and fittings in general have not gone up as much as kit prices.
The instructions are for: Heller 1/72 Santa Maria; Zvezda Sirius; Revell Bounty; Revell 1/96 Man O' War (which could be applied to their 1/96 "Spanish Galleon")
Mags are the 3 consecutive 2002 issues of Ships in Scale featuring a detailed build/accurization of Tom's Modelworks Arizona in a very nice Pearl Harbor diorama and a Titanic diorama build.
The books: The Frigates, from Time/Life series The Seafarers. Spanish Galleons, a small paperback by Angus Konstam. The Art of Rigging by George Biddlecombe (I think it's an art). Ben Lankford's Building First-Rate Ship Models From Kits (focus is on wooden kits)
Since I first joined the forum I've picked up some very good advice which has saved time, work, and some real $$$, and I've learned some maritime history, so I thought I'd give a little something back.
