UPC - A Revell HMS Victory made in Japan

Hi, all!

I knew a small HMS Victory model by UPC, of poor quality :

but today, I reveived a larger UPC model.

Size of the box is the same as the Airfix series 9 model :

But, inside the box, you find a Revell model "made in Japan".

The main difference is in the hull : guns are pre-assembled and put in place in the hull :

On all the sprues we find the "Bandai" logo (poor quality picture)

and even the paper sheet with the flags is written "Japan" :

In addition, there are two sprues with blocks :

Funny to see, that the same 1/220 scale model is sold by Revell as a 1/146 scale model and by UPC as a 1/170 scale model :
