If you mean the WW2 ships, Airfix produce 1/600 scale, full hull (i.e non-waterline) kits of HMS Repulse and Suffolk. The Repulse has been out of production for a while, but the Suffolk is readily available.
The Sheffield and Edinburgh could be converted from the also readily available Airfix 1/600 HMS Belfast.

I don't think there are injection-moulded styrene 1/700 kits of any of these ships, but there may well be resin kits available (at a price!).

There are/ have been several ships with these names. For REPULSE, for example, do you mean the battlecruiser or the ballistic missile submarine (Dragon used to do the SSBN)? SHEFFIELD - the WW2 SOUTHAMPTON-class light cruiser, the Class 42 destroyer or the Type 22/ 2 frigate (Skywave did/ do a Class 42 destroyer, re-boxed by Revell AG in the late 1990s)?
