The Revell 1/72 Gato makes an appearance at the IPMS Nationals. It's not assembled and not much detail. You can see the photo at http://www.greatmodels.com/
Go to the IPMS National's section of their web site and look for Revell. There you will find a hull half and some parts on sprues (sp). It looks like the deck structure, bow, and stern will be a built up affair.
I suspect we'll start seeing some press releases and reviews before too long.
