New Carrier joins the fleet
Posted by berny13 on Friday, August 25, 2006 8:17 AM

The USS Bill Clinton has just joined the fleet for the US Navy.  The ship is the first of a class of carriers now being considered by the US Navy.  Solar powered with a top speed of 5 knots, it is equiped with one un armed, un maned, non flyable F-14 Tomcat.  It is for "Show of Force" only and in case of any conflict will immediately seek refuge in Canada.

We already saw that picture berny and you are wrong, this is the new standard Canadian aircraft carrier.  We bought 6 of them to protect our maritime borders.  I bet US planes cannot get off of an aircraft carrier that small.  He He.  The biggest advantage of that ship is that it is not detectable by radars.
No matter where you go ....... there you are.

I'd like to see Clinton on a 3-dollar bill.  You know the old nickname for US money ... Dead Presidents ....

You`re all wrong. This was a top secret photo of the new Iranian aircraft carrier now threatening our mideast fleet. You may laugh but they`ve greatly shortened the distance needed for takeoff. The balance of power has been COMPROMISED !!!!

Perhaps the U.S.Navy are testing a floatplane version of the F-14 !!. they call it a Bobcat, as it only bobs up and down in the water.

No, no, you are all wrong.  Given the rising cost of aviation fuel, Washington has sent a new decree to the Navy in an effort to save money.  Jets are no longer to actually fly to and from combat missions.   They are to transferred from the carrier to the beach via small ship.  They are then to drive off the boat and onto a semi trailer where they will be transported to their target.

What happens once they get to the target is unclear, since the leaders in Washinton do not want to interfere with the troops and their combat missions....
