The Steam Tug BALTIMORE will be celebrating its100th birthday October 21-22, 2006. It is also the 300th Aniversary of the Port of Baltimore. The main event will be at the U.S. Naval Reserve Center next to Ft. McHenry National Park. More information is available at steamtug.org.

Cabin Fever Expo of Reading, PA is offering their 32' x 80' portable pond for a variety of scale model R/C shop manoervering exercises.. Local Baltimore County school groups will demonstrate safe loading and docking of two classroom-built radio controlled container ships within a cordoned area of the harbor. Both craft are nearly 10 feet long. Larger R/C models may be able to sail in this section of the harbor.
