It's The Rigging of Ships in the Days of the Spritsail Topmast, 1600-1720, by R.C. Anderson. It was originally published in 1927, and copies of the original edition are quite expensive (as much as $200 on the Barnes and Noble "Used and Out-of-Print" webpage). Fortunately, however, there's a cheap (but entirely acceptable) paperback edition, published by Dover Books in 1994. I got a used copy (in like-new condition) for about $8.00. The ISBN of that edition is 0-486-27960-X.
Dr. Anderson wrote another book titled Seventeenth-Century Rigging, which might at first glance look like the same one. It is, however, an abridged version of the original book, primarily for British readers. All the non-English details have been deleted - not good for Soleil Royal modelers.
Hope that helps. Good luck.
