A friend of mine had much the same problem, except in his Constitution box, the masts were mis-molds, being mangled messes that in no way resembled masts.
Not only did they go ahead and send him the entire sprues that included the messed-up parts, but also a letter of apology and not one, but two other models (not sure which ones)...
That is what I call customer service.
As for your sister....does she have and Ipod? And if she does, do you know where the "delete" button is? You know what to do...
