conversion of 1/200 scale nichimo kit japanese ddg into a knox class ff

This is for all those who do conversions. I few years ago, I remember in scale ship modeler, someone took a 1/200 nichimo kit of japanese ddg/dd and converted into a knox class ff he made it so it could be r/c. I am looking for a copy of that article, or any ideas. I have someone looking to build a knox class ff. Thanks again for all the help and support. capt bruce wheeler
