http://www.revell.com/Parts.12.0.html is the link to Revell in the US parts page. The process for getting replacements seems a bit long winded, compared to what I was used to with Airfix in the UK, who were happy to accept just an email with the part no's & the address to send it to.

They say up to 8 weeks for German Revell kits. I couldn't see a spares link on the Revell Germany site. Assuming that they will still supply spares for Revell Germany kits after their separation

Fingers crossed that seeing as where you are, they accept a spares order & waive the shipping & handling charge. Sounding like a dumb Brit here, we have BFPO for sending stuff to our Forces. Is their a US equivelent that they could use?

 I need help I'm finishing up my Uboat when I got to the hand rails 90% are broke does any one know how to get replacement parts I'm not very good at  scratch building thanks J
