Tamiya 1/72 Vosper "Perkasa" - Re-pop?

Some on-line places are showing this kit as available.

Tamiya - Kit# 79001 1/72 Vosper Fast Patrol Boat
`Perkasa' - w/4 torpedoes/crew, 2 color extrusion molding.

I thought this Tamiya kit was an old (motorized?) kit and this was probably a re-pop. But it says "2 color extrusion molding". I thought that process was relatively new. Or am I mistaken?

Anyone know if this is a re-pop or updated or maybe new tooling?
