The forum at http://www.modelwarships.com has a trading section. It might be worth posting your list of kits there. There probably aren't as many sailing ship fans there, but you might well find some buyers.

Nope, according to the forum guidelines it isn't. Item 5 is the one that deals with this subject.

/forums/603246/ShowPost.aspx

5. Advertisements. If you would like to advertise a product that your commercial company manufactures, or if you are an individual private seller, you can buy a classified ad in the magazine or an ad on the Web site. This includes all buying, selling, and trading. Any posts that appear to be an advertisement or transaction will be deleted.

So long folks!

Dear folks,

Is it permitted to offer kits for sale on this forum? I have a huge pile of plastic historic ship kits that I want to sell.

Max.
