Hey Durr,
I don't know much about the Russians or the Aussies but there are a couple made for the Canadian Navy. It depends on what scale you are looking for and what kinds of ships.
The most obvious for the Canadians is the 1/72 Revell of Germany Snowberry which is a Corvette. These were very common in the Canadian Navy and made up the bulk of their early trans-Atlantic escort force. This is a large model almost 3' in length. There is also a 1/700 scale kit on the site given in the previous post.
For destroyers the Candian Navy had several River Class destroyers and half a dozen of the old Town class four stackers donated by the US to the Royal Navy who then gave six of them to Canada. I am not aware of any models of these destroyers. I may have seen a resin kit of the town class but I could be mistaken. Later in the war the Canadians also aquired a couple of Tribal class destroyers of which I am also unaware of any model kits.
The Canadians manned 2 escort carriers, Nabob and Puncher - owned by the royal navy but operated by Canadians as their transfer to the Canadians was restricted under the lend-lease agreement. I believe these were the same class as the USS Bogue of which Tamiya has a 1/700 scale kit but the puncher and nabob were modified to RN standards so I am not sure how much modification would be required to make an accurate representation of these two ships from the Tamiya kit or if it is even possible.
Other than that the Canadians built a number of frigate class ships starting from 1943 on and also acquired the Cruiser HMS Uganda.
They also had a couple of MTB flotillas during the war of which there is the airfix kits in 1/72.
