Good luck with your Royale. I spent about 18 months on & off on mine. When I moved from London to Poland I gave it to the French Culture centre in Sth Kensington. You can get sailor figures in 1/80 scale by IMAI. they are intended for their old Cutty Sark kit. You get 60 figures on 6 sprues,so thats 10 different poses and enough figures for a couple of ships.The box says they will do 1/80..1/100 and 1/120. I paid 8.00 pounds for them at COMET MINIATURES in Sth London. It is mainly known as a Sci-Fi store but they have a shop next door full of old rare and deleted kits covering many subjects. The Boss goes to Japan monthly so if they don't have one in stock I am sure he could get you one. It's IMAI kit No B-2432-600. Cutty Sark crew figure set.
