 I'm not too sure about the pedigree of the first picture.  It is not a "roller rack".  They were the stern racks.  Thw waist racks held three or four charges ready for launching.  More were loaded and they did roll downhill to where they could be pulled to the battery position over the launch arbor. 

The bottom two are Jeff Herne's of a walkaround he did of the USS Kidd in Baton Rouge, LA.

I'm currently building a 1/700 Tamiya and Fletcher and Trumpeter Sulllivans.  Did they have different side depth charge set ups, since they are configured for different timeframes.

 I wanted to use some photoetch and scratchbuilding to provide a little more detail, especially on the Tamiya Fletcher since all there are are little raised cubes next to the launchers.

Photos or diagrams would be great.
