No longer in serious trouble. Was able to find some thanks to the generous offer of a fellow builder on the SteelNavy forum.

You could also try White Ensign Models. They are slowly getting out of the 1/700 aircraft business, but - John has said in the past they would do a run if they got enough orders. I guess it depends on how bad you want/need them and how much you're willing to pay. Not unlike life ... Evil [}:)]

Here's something in 1/600.

Look under "American 1950-2000".  Good luck.

I am in need of some serious help, although I think I'm probably out of luck.  I am building a replica of the USS Lexington for my dad's squadron reunion this summer.  I am trying to build it era correct(1962) as far as aircraft, and have run into a problem.  The aircraft I still need are no longer available. I've searched the internet(probably not everywhere) .  I am in need of 6 F3H Demons and at least 4 FJ4B Fury's preferably in 1/600 or 1/700 scale.

Any info, etc... that anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
