That's certainly a big model! Amazing work so far.
To be honest, I thought you had made a "typo" when you mentioned you were building a 1/72 Yamato in your previous post (thought you meant 1/720 or 1/700) I can certainly see this isn't the case now.
Is this entirely scratchbuilt or did you use a ready-made hull? Either way, it's very impressive.

You might like to visit the scratchbuilding forum on the messageboards at http://www.modelwarships.com . They have quite a few large R/C battleship threads including a 1/72 Bismarck and 1/144 Yamato.
