Take your pick....it depends upon your skill level, and the level of detail you want.

Eduard - great set, lots of unusual parts like deck gratings, but done in stainless so a bit tougher to work with.

White Ensign - incredible set, but very fragile, not recommended for the beginner. A bit pricey too.

Gold Medal - great set, perfect for the person who wants details but isn't an expert in PE. Reasonably priced.

Tom's Modelworks - very affordable set, perfect for the novice or inexperienced modeler, or someone who's reluctant to pay more for the PE than he is for the kit itself.

I believe Gold Medal Models makes a very nice set of pe for the Tamiya Fletcher
