Do you mean ship-borne weapons or aircraft weapons?

For aircraft,  Loose Cannon used to make some in 1:350 scale,  but the cost (high rejection rate) and less than expected sales caused them to withdraw the product.

The common approach recommended on several of the mainline ship modeling sites is to use the weapons packs from GHQ's 1:285 wargame-scale aircraft.   Yeah, their overscale but they are the only game in town.

For ship-borne weapons, there are several manufacturers of aftermarket guns.   Veterans Models is perhaps the best (but more expensive) for modern USN naval weapons.  Order them out of FleetNet in Japan http://www.fleetnet.jp/default.php

Bring up a translator & look at the add-on pages.

Trumpeter makes 1/350 Naval A/C from all eras.  You can find them at just about any on line retailer.  Yankee Modelworks is also coming out with several sets (including 2 comprising an entire 80 plane airwing).  They are currently on pre-order status on GreatModels.com but I don't know when they're scheduled to be released.
