What would I like to see.......hmmmmm.  New molds.  It's time to get away from some of the old molds that have been used for decades.  Of course, I would like to see some new period ships in 1/96 or larger scale.  At that scale, the rigging is much more intricate.  Perhaps a the Rattlesnake, or some of the British, French, or Spanish Frigates.  There were plenty to choose from.

A new Fletcher class model is always welcomed,  but I wonder why there aren't many Gearing class models made? That's the ship my father served on,  the USS Hanson. The Gearing class outguns and out-performs the Fletchers any day. It's be nice to see one come out in 1/350 scale.

If that's true, that will be a large plastic kit, just over 5 feet long.

Hi,

Just picked up the 1/72 scale Gato.  I love it. It's big and will be impressive when I display it over my fireplace in a case.

Anyone know what is next coming out of Revell/Revell-Germany for their next big kit? Moebius is coming out with a 39 inch Voyage to the bottom of the Sea Seaview (see link) and I'm hoping to see more subs from Revell. Keeping with the theme,  I wouldn't mind seeing a Skipjack from Revell
