buntlines and bowlines

If a ship has her yards crossed, but the sails themselves are not yet bent to the yards, would the buntlines and bowlines be rigged?

Probably depends on how long it was going to be until they bent the sails.  One practice was to tie off the lines with stopper knots at the blocks on the yards so they'd be ready for the sails.
