Looking for Echo II class Soviet submarine.

Greetings. I'm looking for an Echo II class (project 675 in Soviet classification) kit for a gift. As of yet, I've found only one such kit - Skywave/Pitroad 1/700 Echo II waterline kit. While a good kit, I wanted something bigger and/or with full hull. Also, there was a problem - the only shops I've found it in were either not sending to Europe or charging shipment twice the price of the kit itself.

Does someone knows about any other kit of Echo II class sub? Or may be a shop with Skywave's kit, which can ship to Europe for, say, $20 or so? Thanks.
