Not sure if you're still looking for them, but I've made a product suggestion at WEM, if it gets enough votes, they may well produce them

I recently  read a build review on cybermodeler.com of the Hornet and the guy bought the 1/48 AM B-25 Doolittle Raider (since it has markings for all 16 planes), scanned the decals onto his computer and then downsized them to 1/350 scale

-Matt

On The Bench: 1/48 HK B-17G "Man-O-War II"

On Deck: 1/48 Tamiya P-38H, 1/48 Revell PV-1

GoldMedalModels used to sell a set of Doolittle Raider decals drawn by Jennings Heilig in 1:350 scale, but they were discontinued  for several reasons - lack of interest being one.

Starfighter Decals makes a set of Star & Dot decals in 1:350 scale

GMM also sells a set of 1:350 WWII carrier aircraft decals which has several versions of national markings plus some lettering in white & black

Have searched high and low but no luck.

Anyway, over on Hyperscale a person named Jennings is looking into doing a set if there is enough people interested..

Will post it if it happens.

Have you checked squadron? Hannants (uk) or VLS? I know I saw something about 1/350 B-25 decals while looking through these catalogs. Perhaps it was in squadron's monthly flyer. Keep hunt'in there out there.

Hornet's B-25 Decals - None Available?

Does anyone make a full set of decals for the 16 B-25s
that many people will display on their 1/350th Hornet?

I understand that the Trumpeter extra sets (10 in a box) of the B-25s have only some correct markings (numbers) and the others are ficticious.

So anyone building the Hornet with the supplied decals will have an incorrect dipiction and thereby face the consequences at contests, etc...

How much would it cost for WEM, or GMM to do a set? is there a market for them? Or am I the only one that cares? LOL!

James (who's not an anal retentive when it comes to detail but figures they should at least get the damn decals right) Smile [:)]
