U-Boat Tamiya paint questions

Hi everyone, Im starting to build my Revell 1:72 uboat. This kit is huge! Right now I am in the process of using a dremel to open all of the holes along side the sub, but I wanted to have paint ready for when I finish, and begin assembly. I am wondering what paint you guys reccomend to use from the tamiya line. Ive decided to model the early version of U-552, so I get to use the net cutter on the front. (Very cool looking) I will also be using the Tamiya spray cans, as I dont have an airbrush yet. For the lower hull, I think German Gray (TS-4) will be the right color, but I am not sure about the upper hull and deck colors. The instructions say to use a lighter gray for the upper hull, and a color very close to the lower hull for the deck. I was thinking of using AS-16 for the upper hull, as it seems to be the right shade of light gray. Im not sure about the deck. Do these colors sound right to you guys? Thanks for your help.
