                        Check out Kalmbach Publishing's "A Guide to Basic Ship Modeling" by Mike Ashey.It is avaible from this website.It is very good at laying out some basic and advanced techniques.

                        Hey to all,

                        Looking for any help and advice on ship building. The "a,b,c's" so to speak. This will be my first attempt at shipbuilding so I do not have a working knowledge of how to go about assembly and painting other than "follow the instructions". I'm sure there are a lot of different tips and techniques out there that will help me get thru this build. The model I'm about to partake in is the Trumpter 1/350th scale Lexington with Yankee Modelworks PE set. I know, I should have started with something simpler, right? But like they say, if you're going to be a bear, be a Grizzly Smile [:)] Any help at all will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
