Thanks Rod;

As my general opinion of Heller kits is less than printable I shan't bother looking into it any further.

Shame though, it looked promising.

Michael

This is re-box of the old Heller kit.Its listed at 1/100 scale.Zvezda has done re boxing of Heller,Air-fix, and Revell kits.Zvezda does ther own ships which I think  are a higher quality then the kits they rebox.The Brigentine is okay.Its got a lot of frail fiddly parts.It can be made into a good model with a little bit of scratch building.The yard would have to be redone in wood to be strong enough.

Zvezda Brigantine?

Has anyone actually seen this kit and can say if it's worth picking up?  I've seen it described both as 1:72 and 1:100 though I suspect the latter is correct.  Is it completely new or a rehash of another kit's hull/masts/sails etc?  What is the general opinion of Zvezda's quality?

The brigantine shape and sail plan is very appealing to me and I'm certainly interested in this one.
