Zvezda Carthagenian Warship report

Received my kit today.Its 1/72 scale.they did use their hull and main deck that they used on their Greek and Roman Trieme.And like all of Zvezda new kits that they produce,you can make it full hull or waterline a nice touch.The changes to this kit are a new bow with a different head piece. The stern has a new decoration coming out over the deck.They've produced a new ram on the front. the main mast has stayed the same,but the fore mast is straight and taller than the previous kits.atop both mast are archer platforms with like wicker sides.The stern captains or navigator tent really looks like a tent.Also different style shields for the sides.Like all the Zvezda self produced models nice wood grain and good small details.The main deck come in three pieces but it comes with overlapping to hide the seams on like Revells decks.Zvezda produces nice models(their own molds) that go together well.
