Pat Trittle did a construction article on the MINNOW for Radio Control Boat Modeler Magazine.  The MINNOW plans  are $14.95.  They also offer the ORCA plans for $19.95, shark not included.

I saw a Barbie Doll listed on Ebay that looked a lot like Ginger. Will that help you?

You might find this link interesting: http://www.gilligansisle.com/minnow.html .  Apparently there were four "Minnows".   I'm not sure if they're all the same class boat though.
