GATO Sub detailing kits

Does anyone know if Czech Master (or anyone else) is planning interior kits for the Revell 1/72 kit, as they did with the U-Boat, and if so, when it may be released?

Try the White Ensign Models website - they have just annouced some new GATO goodies this week, including PE sets and replacement resin deck guns etc.

Ducky,

You may want to check out this web site, or even join "The SubCommittee". Look for Fleetboat Dock.

There is nothing new for the Revell Gato yet. They have had this "Coming Soon" annnouncement for weeks if not months. The guns have been available for a good while now. What is really needed is the antenna upgrade. I wish that they would hurry it up.

The guns that have been available from WEM for some time are for the 1/144 Gato. The 1/72 gun master patterns have just arrived with us and are off for casting. Peter Hall is at work now on the PE sets, and I anticipate they will be off for etching in the next two weeks, and available about 3 weeks after that.

Cheers,

I wanted to thank everyone for their replies. Helpful. I built the U-Boat before the interior sets came out, and I've kicked myself ever since. I purchased the Gato within days of it's release and I'm foaming at the bit to dig into it, but don't want to do anything until interior sets are available. Guess I'll have to concentrate on finishing my 1/200 Yamato for the time being.

Again, thanks for all of your info.
