I've used Smooth-On products with success. I've never used their clear resin

Their 202 material casts to 1/16th inch, so casting aircraft wings may be too fine.
Note too this stuff says that it is not for home use and a NIOSH respirator should be used.
I've also heard that effective clear casting requires the use of a pressure pot -- and that the resin is a slow reacting product -- i.e. one shot a day.
