From the Osprey Series Imperial Japanese Carriers 1921-1945 a nice little source book detailing all the carrier classes used by the Japanese, with black and white photos and color illustrations, including that camo pattern you like.

Zuiho means Lucky Phoenix was one of two ships of the Shoho Class which were converted from the hulls of high speed oilers,no armor, two elevators,no island made for an interesting look, held only 30 aircraft.Final configuration of 631 ft,Zuiho survived until 10-25-1944 when she was sunk as part of the northern diversioney force at Leyte Gulf

I'm sure theres photoetch for it from Toms or white ensign.  Clear plastic aircraft from hasagawea or tamiya.  If ya really want to go nuts white ensign makes 1/700 IJN antiaircraft PE set, triple & double 25mm  wait till you start folding those little suckers!  Scratch build a real wood deck.   Ah,  I love this insanity.......
