 if  you paint the deck one color, and the rest another color, like all the verticle surfaces and all the other things that go on the deck, whats the easiest way to paint those? All the stuff thats molded in place,  Just paint stakingly mask all that? or paint those first then the deck color or what? or whats all yours method?
this is the part that gets me stuck on doing ships.

I generally spray paint the deck first, then angle spray the superstrucutre from below deck level to get as much of the superstrucutre I can without hitting the decks. I then hand paint and cut in the lower deckhouses, reels, winches, etc.
