Petition to save the U-534 from being sliced transversely ...

Hi, this petition was announced on TMP (The Miniatures Page):

In an nutshell, it looks as if U-534 was found in the 1980s, recovered at a millionaire's expense, and then brought to a museum in the UK.  The museum has since been displaced by real estate development, leaving U-534 with nowhere to go.  Now, a local promoter in the UK intends to have U-534 sliced-up transversely for display. 

There may be better ways of displaying U-534, hence the petition, which you may or may not be interested in signing.  Note that there are two sub-petitions, one for UK residents only, and another, international one.
