Loren Perry's Gold Medal Models lists a 1:96 scale USN decal set (water slide).   The above art is of the 1:192 scale item,  but Loren uses the same art for his 1:700, 1:350, 1:192, and 1:96 scale USN decals.

edit:

Oops, and I forgot completely about Hawk Graphics' decal sheet.  This is his WWII sheet, but it has a good shot of his draft marks.   The flags would be incorrect (48 stars - the Canuck got it right!)

[I know Darren Scannell - of Resin Shipyard/Hawk I can poke fun at him!]

Here is his modern Hi-viz sheet.  He also makes a Lo-vis sheet

Please let me know of good sources for quality decals or dry transfers in 1/96 scale for the Arleigh Burke model I'm scratchbuilding. Specifically I would want full draft markings in lieu of applying tiny dry transfer letters & numbers individually (which I've previously done but in 1/48 scale - a bit easier) as well as modern Navy markings for a 1/100 plastic helicopter kit I am building as part of the model

 thanks
