I haven't seen the kit "in person," but on the basis of the company literature it does look pretty good. Model Shipways kits do vary somewhat in quality (as do the offerings of any company that's been in business for any length of time), but the firm generally doesn't produce any junk.
Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.
