Fit Problems with Dragon 1/350 USS Arleigh Burke

Anyone have any problems attaching the deck portions of the Dragon Arleigh Burke kit?They don't seem to sit right I'm just wondering is it just me or is the hull warped?Also I have startd sanding the decks on the side but it stil won't sit right.
