USS North Carolina Reference

I've been to the USS Alabama, USS Masssachussets, USS North Carolina and the NC was restored the best. And, if I recall corrrectly, is the only one that has a whole turret open.

According to US copyright and fair use laws, you are not permitted to copy or redistribute copywritten material (without permission) EXCEPT for the purpose of review or backup.

Anyone interested in this book should make sure they get the SECOND  copy of this as the first had some errors that have been corrected and new material which has been added. 

Copyright law aside,

Isn't that a great museum.  It's been years since I've been there, but it's probably one of the best ship museums afloat.  The volunteers and staff there keep that ship in great shape and it's truly a wonder to behold.  If anyone is traveling through the coastal Carolina region, make some time to go to Wilmington to check out the USS North Carolina museum.  It's worth it.

What you're suggesting is a clear violation of copyright protection

I too have the Shoker North Carolina book, and it clearly states on page 2 "Copyright 2006 ... All rights reserved.  No part of this book may be reproduced without written permission from the publisher."  The plans themselves also have a separate copyright date.

There are usually exceptions to copyright for fair use, as in a review.  

But you're suggesting that you will scan and post pages from the document on request.   What you are doing is taking a royalty paycheck out of Randall Shoker's, Tom Walkowiak's, and other's pockets.
