I am hoping to find a good explanation of how to set everything up....from...thin the paint before I begin to airbrush......to clean-up. I am reading about masking and have another question....I am building a 1/350 Missouri(Tamiya) and like the camo scheme.....but I was wonder about techniques used to paint....especailly the super-structure area, I am hoping for a look similar to this: http://www.modelshipgallery.com/gallery/bb/bb-63/350-kw/bb-63-001.jpg |

The current FSM is their annual airbrush special. Pick it up and:
1) Religiously follow their methods. Jump right in. Shoot paint all over your model on which you have spent a lot of time and money. Complain about the results.
OR
2) Study their recommendations. Experiment. Find what works for you. Practice, practice, practice. After study & practice, shoot paint only where you want it to go. Admire the results.
I recommend number 2. Airbrushing is not one size fits all, and practice, practice, practice.
