Who makes 1/72nd scale shaded naval numbers?

Does anyone know who makes small 1/72nd scale shaded naval numbers?  I know where to find unshaded rub-on numbers, but that's not what I want.

I'd like to give some Revell 1/72nd scale 80' Elco PT boats different numbers than "109" for their charthouses, starboard turrets, portside cockpit splash shields and 20mm mounts...

White Ensign I think, and Yankee maybe sell alphabets/ numerals in a range of sizes on the sheet, so figure out the true dimension, not the scale and see what you can find.
