Lindberg does in fact have three fishing vessels in its web catalog: http://www.lindberg-models.com/models-in_the_water5.html . The "North Atlantic Fishing Trawler" and "Tuna Clipper" are reissues of old Pyro kits from the mid-fifties. (The trawler is in fact one of several designs that Pyro "borrowed" from the old, original Model Shipways wood kit company the owners of which henceforth referred to Pyro as "Pirate Plastics." The name of the trawler was originally Hildina.) The shrimp boat, I'm pretty sure, is a Lindberg original - also dating from the fifties. They're pretty basic kits, but not bad - certainly capable of being turned into nice models.
Lindberg came under new ownership recently, and I don't think all the products in its web catalog are actually on the shelves yet. Micro-Mark, however, lists the trawler and the shrimp boat: http://www.ares-server.com/Ares/Ares.asp?MerchantID=RET01229&Action=Catalog&Type=Department&ID=210 . That implies, at least, that Micro-Mark has them in stock.
Revell also used to make a trawler (on a somewhat smaller scale than the Pyro/Lindberg one, but quite similar to it), but it doesn't seem to be in the web catalog of either Revell US or Revell Europe at the moment.
Off the top of my head those are the only styrene fishing boat kits I can think of. Civilian ships and boats are notoriously under-represented by the model companies.
Hope that helps a little. Good luck.
