Interesting question. Some years ago a member of this Forum from Belgium, Michel van Renterghem, undertood a systematic study of all the H.M.S. Victory kits he could find. He set up a website, http://www.hmsvictoryscalemodels.be , on which he posted his findings.
Michel's list, as you can see, is pretty long. It does include a Victory from Entex, but that kit is considerably smaller than the one attila 1 is referring to.
Back in the sixties and seventies a number of East Asian companies produced simplified copies of American and British plastic kits and distributed them in the U.S. (and elsewhere) under labels such as Entex, UPC, and MPC. My guess is that this additional Entex kit is in that category. (The length quoted by attila 1 matches the old Revell kit pretty closely.) It's entirely possible that I'm mistaken, though; I haven't seen the kit either. I'm sure Michel would appreciate being notified of its existence, so he can add it to the list.
There are three plastic Victory kits that unquestionably deserve the attention of the serious scale modeler: the ones from Revell (1/220 scale, originally released in 1957), Airfix (1/180 scale, originally released in 1965), and Heller (1/100 scale, originally released in 1979.) All of them are old kits now, and recently-produced examples are likely to have more than their share of warped parts, flash, and other signs of age. If I were thinking about building a model of this ship, though, I'd look for one of those.
Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.
