1/144 Space Shuttle Decal sheet and Mask
Posted by fishmanz on Thursday, August 27, 2009 10:01 PM
Hi,
I am looking to find the Decal sheet and Mask for the 1/144 Space Shuttle. I am looking for the Cutting Edge Modelworks Decal #CED44002 and Mask #CEBM44002. I have done numerous searches online but can't seem to find them anywhere. Does anybody have an idea if these are still available or discounted?
If you wish to look at the decal sheet to see what I am talking about I have a link below.

These decals and masks aren't available from the 'manufacturer' any longer ... they went bye-bye a year or two ago. So, your only alternative is something like "ebay".

You could also ask if anyone wants to sell their masks and decals, but because they were so rare even when they were available, I don't think you'll get much of a response. I know I won't sell mine! ;-)

Hope this helps!

Search Ebay Seller "Scifi88", that offers these decals often.

Sorry for my bad english :-)

JBot in Canada (www.jbot.ca) offers Space Shuttle decals in many scales, including 1/144.  These are not the whole bunch of tiles as on the now discontinued Cutting Edge sheet, but are primarily the various insignia.  There are a few tile decals on the sheet, for around the windows, side hatch, and the front of the OMS pods.  The recent releases of the Revell 1/144 Space Shuttle also have nice decals.
