AModel out of Poland makes the White Knight & Spaceship One.

There is a resin kit detailed in Real Spacecraft Modelling.  By Matt (darn it forgot his last name all of a sudden.)

The only one that I am aware of is the card model (which is free).  Copy this link into your browser:  http://www.currell.net/models/ss1.htm

You could scale the output to your needs, or if you're into scratch-building, use the file as the basis for constructing in plastic or other media.
